Returns and exchanges – what’s up with that?

We only offer store credit for returned items.  If you are wanting to exchange your items, you will be given a store credit which you will be able to use towards your next order :)

Please be aware that your new order will be processed through as per normal, and we cannot fast track any new orders processed :( sorry.

This is only so that we can process all returns as fast and efficiently as possible for you :)

All items must be returned back to us within 7 days of the customer receiving the order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered with the tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any items lost in the post.

Please note that Karens Closet Ny reserves the right to decline the return of your items if the above terms have not been followed, or assess a 15% re-stocking fee.
